Find social-platform logos and the actions around them: share, like, comment, follow and message. Compare SVG and PNG icons for website footers, contact pages, community interfaces and presentations.
Start with the platform name when you need a recognizable logo: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, WhatsApp or Telegram. For generic interface actions, search for share, like, comment or message instead. A speech bubble communicates a conversation without implying that the destination is a particular service.
Choose a consistent treatment across a row of social links. Keep similar optical sizes, leave enough space between interactive targets and add an accessible name such as “Best Icons on YouTube” to the link. Do not rely on the shape or color alone to explain where a visitor will go. Check contrast in both light and dark themes.
SVG preserves clean edges at different sizes and works well for website controls. PNG is a practical choice for slide software, email artwork and systems that do not accept SVG. Preserve a vector master if you will need additional sizes. Match the export to the final placement rather than repeatedly enlarging a small PNG.
An open-source copyright license does not grant trademark rights or imply endorsement by a social platform. Review the displayed source license and the platform’s own brand rules before modifying a logo, using it in advertising or implying a business relationship. Keep any required copyright notices and attribution with the result; changing the file format does not remove those conditions.
