BSD 3-Clause permits source and binary redistribution, with or without modification, while preserving notices and prohibiting implied endorsement.
BSD 3-Clause permits use and redistribution without a fixed expiry date. A later license change does not retroactively replace the BSD permissions attached to the covered version.
